Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund after review.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders cannot be canceled as production may have already started.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with USPS when applicable.
